Applications processed exclusively through Rentalscape online portal (as of July 26, 2024). Steps: verify zoning, request $50 zoning confirmation letter, notify neighbors, apply via Rentalscape with documentation, schedule life safety inspection, obtain Business Tax Certificate post-approval.
